Accomplish something early
Posted on March 23 2017
“Running in the morning is how I prefer to start my day. I do it because I enjoy the simple fact that I have accomplished something early. Getting it done means I don’t have to try and schedule it later in the day. It helps to pick out clothes and shoes the night before and also pre-plan the route. I try to get at least 1-2 runs in a week with friends to add a level of accountability. It’s only a few short weeks before we start getting the sun earlier. If you’ve created a routine prior to the time change and stay consistent, it’s be easier to stay in the time routine. The lack of light will be a minor adjustment but your body will already be accustomed to getting up and moving early.”- Jared Smith from the HOKA Product Team
