Interesting post. I had video analysis and was prescribed anti-pronation shoes. The pronation in my gait is clear and easy to spot. I didn’t like the shoes.
Most of my running is offroad or off-piste these days, and the whole ‘3 types of shoes for the 3 types of runner’ is largely irrelevant. But for the road I do get on much better with racier/neutral shoes (and have high arches co-incidentally). Pronating and proud. So what?
